We are a School

No restriction at all, you can set up and conduct as many procurement requests as you like.

Not at all, Educated Buy respects existing relationships you may have with existing suppliers or offers that fit your requirements perfectly. When selecting your preferred supplier you are asked to enter a short reason for the selection.

Educated Buy is a platform that allows you to find the best supplier for a particular good or service, and introduce you to one another. Once the deal is confirmed in Educated Buy, the engagement takes place outside of the platform. All we ask s that feedback is provided after the deal is completed

Educated Buy is free for schools to register and list opportunities, suppliers pay a nominal fee when they win a deal.

We are a Supplier

When you register on the platform you select categories in which you offer goods and service. When a school lists an opportunity they select a category, if there is a match you are notified and are able to review the requirement and table a response if you'd like to participate.

There is a success fee that is charged when you win an opportunity. This is payable to Educated Buy at the time of winning the deal

Yes. There is no limit on the number of users that can be associated with your account

Prior to completion of the deal you are able to remove your offer. Once selected as the supplier you are obligated to continue. If you don't, you may be removed from the platform for a predetermined period of time and be unable to participate in deals
